Cardio Dance Party is a non-stop dance fitness class that feels like a true party. It incorporates a variety of music including Pop, Hip-Hop, and Latin songs with fun choreography that is suitable for all levels. The moves will make you sweat and have a good time while doing it! This class includes an introduction to the Ashtanga method – a dynamic and strong practice linking breath to movement. Participants will be guided through the initial sequence of poses in a manner suitable for all levels of physical fitness. No prior yoga experience is necessary!

This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise as well as conditioning through a variety of cardio exercises. This class uses a variety of equipment including kettlebells, sandbags, dumbbells, resistance bands, jump ropes, etc. All levels are encouraged and welcome.
