Class Schedule

As we navigate these uncertain times, we want to offer you different opportunities to work on your health and wellness while the RAC is closed.

We will be providing Group Fitness Classes with our instructors – via IGTV on Instagram every Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. and 5 p.m, Sundays at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. as well as bonus classes on Saturdays at 10 a.m.

We will also have the new Fitness Classes recorded and posted on our YouTube Channel via On-Demand so you can get your workout in when it fits your needs. Also recommended are the following free resources to give you more options:
