Spring 2020 Online Fitness Class Schedule

As we navigate these uncertain times, we want to offer you different opportunities to work on your health and wellness while the RAC is closed.

We will be providing Online Group Fitness Classes with our instructors – via IGTV (handle: @umbcrec) every Monday-Friday at 10am & 5pm, as well as Sundays at 11am and 7pm.

We will also have the Online Fitness Classes recorded and posted on our YouTube Channel (UMBCrecTV) via On-Demand so you can get your workout in when it fits your needs.
