This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and a water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.

Description

Restorative yoga is a practice of stillness with the aim to make the body as comfortable as possible to invoke our body’s relaxation response. Restorative poses focus on opening rather than stretching and are held for minutes at a time, using blocks, bolsters, blankets and other props to support the body. Class will begin with 15-minutes of slow and gentle stretching before settling into restorative poses.
