Yin Yoga

Description

Yin Yoga is slow paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga.  The poses are held for extended periods of time to target stretching the connective tissues around all body joints. As a result, the poses are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.

This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.  Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
