This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.

Space is limited. You must get a ticket from the front desk starting 30 minutes before class to participate. Checking "Going in person" does not reserve you a spot.

Get a high-intensity cardio workout done in 25 minutes with tabata style training. Tabata is a style of interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. After your cardio stick around for Basic Strength with Alea for a total body workout!

This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with strength work to give you a great overall workout. HIIT uses high intensity exercises for a brief period with short intervals of rest. Paired with total body toning exercises for a full body workout.
