Description

Grab your friends and head over to the RAC for a luminescent yoga class with UMBC Recreation and seb! This class will be an hour-long, all-level yoga class taught by UMBC Rec's yoga instructor Erica. 
You must click "going in person" on this event page to register by 12 pm on Feb 23. Once registered please show up at least ten minutes prior to the event or your spot may be given to non-preregistered participants. At 7:50 PM non-preregistered participants will be allowed in if there is space.

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.
