Description

Restorative yoga is a practice of stillness with the aim to make the body as comfortable as possible to invoke our body’s relaxation response. Restorative poses focus on opening rather than stretching and are held for minutes at a time, using blocks, bolsters, blankets and other props to support the body. Class will begin with 15-minutes of slow and gentle stretching before settling into restorative poses.
