This event is part of a series co-sponsored by the Gathering Space with i3b, Residential Life, and UMBC Recreation: Gather & Paws! Join a RAC Instructor for weekly morning yoga hosted in the centrally-located Center for Well-Being! All skill and comfort levels are welcome!

Yoga mats and supplies will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own if they would like.

Power up in this 50-minute strength-focused group fitness class! You'll work through a variety of resistance exercises designed to build musclea and increase endurance. Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class targets all major muscle groups to help you get stronger and more toned. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, modifications are available to suit all fitness levels. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger every week!

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.
