This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.

The UMBC group Qigong Class teaches students to develop control of their internal energy. Participants can expect to move through gentle yet challenging movements that leave them feeling stress-free, energized and ready to face the challenges of the day. Join us at 7:15 a.m. on Wednesdays for morning qigong cultivation. (All levels of health and fitness are welcome)

If you had fun last year at our workout through the decades event you are going to love this! On March 4th Marquita's Step Strong class is jumping back to the 90's. Wear your best 90's look and join us for a fun workout! Stepstrong combines step aerobics and dumbbell strength training for a comprehensive total body workout. It’s all done to great music and movements that will leave you feeling incredible!

Space is limited please click "going in person" on the MyUMBC event so we have an idea of how many people to expect. This does not guarantee you a spot. It will be first come first serve.
