Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class targets all major muscle groups to help you get stronger and more toned. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, modifications are available to suit all fitness levels. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger every week!

If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.
