November 22, at noon on the RAC track! Get moving with us and support a great cause! Bring 2 non-perishable food items to donate to Retriever Essentials and receive a limited-edition sticker featuring Chip! Stickers are limited, so don’t miss out!

Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class targets all major muscle groups to help you get stronger and more toned. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, modifications are available to suit all fitness levels. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger every week!

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.
