Welcome to the UMBC Badminton Club! We are a competitive student organization dedicated to bringing together passionate badminton players who are committed to developing their skills, competing at a high level, and representing UMBC with pride. Throughout the academic year, our team participates in intercollegiate tournaments, competing against universities and colleges from across the region and gaining valuable experience in a competitive environment. Alongside intercollegiate competition, we host semesterly Intra-UMBC tournaments, allowing our members to compete against fellow UMBC students, test their skills, and experience the excitement of tournament play. Our club emphasizes teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and continuous improvement, while fostering a strong sense of community among our players. Whether you compete in singles, doubles, or mixed doubles, we provide an environment where dedicated athletes can train, challenge themselves, build lasting connections, and take their badminton game to the next level.
