A class focused on strength, stretching, and toning to music inspired by a combination of pilates, yoga, and ballet. In this class you will use light weights and bodyweight to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.

The UMBC group Qigong Class teaches students to develop control of their internal energy. Participants can expect to move through gentle yet challenging movements that leave them feeling stress-free, energized and ready to face the challenges of the day. Join us at 7:15 a.m. on Wednesdays for morning qigong cultivation. (All levels of health and fitness are welcome)
